These terms cover how we work with you, what you are buying, and what each of us is responsible for. They apply when you commission RSVP Online, a QR Gallery, or a QR Restaurant Menu from us. The short version: we build it first, you see it, and you only pay if you want it.
These terms are between you, the client, and RSVPs Invite. By commissioning a build from us, whether by WhatsApp, email or through a form on this site, you agree to them.
You must be at least 18 years old to commission work from us.
Our process is different from most, so it is worth stating clearly.
Nothing is published to your guests or diners until you have approved it and paid.
Current prices are:
USD prices shown on this site are converted at ₱60 to the dollar as a guide. The peso amount is the actual price, and the dollar equivalent may vary with the exchange rate at the time you pay.
Payment is in full, after you have approved the preview and before the project goes live. We do not take deposits and we do not invoice in stages.
Any transaction or transfer fees charged by these providers are yours to cover.
Payments are non-refundable once made.
This is reasonable because of how we work. You see the finished build before you pay anything, so you are never buying something unseen. If you do not like what we built, you simply do not pay and no money changes hands. Once you have approved the work and paid, the build is custom to your event or restaurant and cannot be resold or reused, so we cannot refund it.
This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection law. If we fail to deliver what was agreed, contact us and we will put it right.
Every project includes three rounds of revisions at the preview stage. A round means you send us a consolidated list of changes and we make them.
Revisions beyond three, or changes that substantially alter what was originally agreed, such as switching event type or replacing an entire menu, may be quoted separately. We will always tell you before charging anything.
After your project is live, ordinary updates such as a venue change, a corrected time, or a menu price change are included at no extra cost for as long as your service is active.
Build time is 3 to 4 days from the point where we have your complete details and materials. Incomplete information is the usual cause of delay, and the clock starts when everything we need has arrived.
We will tell you honestly if your event date does not allow enough time. We do not accept work we cannot deliver.
Timelines may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including internet or hosting outages, natural disasters and illness. Where that happens we will tell you as soon as we know.
By sending us photos, logos, menus, text or other materials, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that we may use them to build and host your project.
You are responsible for the content you supply. If a third party claims we have infringed their rights because of material you gave us, you agree to cover the resulting costs.
We may decline to build anything we consider unlawful, misleading, or likely to cause harm. We will tell you why if that happens.
RSVP Online sites stay live for 5 months from launch. QR Galleries stay live for 1 month. Both can be extended at ₱300 per month if you tell us before the period ends.
When the period ends without an extension, the site or gallery is taken offline. For galleries, the complete set of photos and video is handed to you before that happens, so you keep everything regardless.
We will remind you before your period expires, but keeping track of your own dates is ultimately your responsibility.
The QR Restaurant Menu is an ongoing service, so a few extra terms apply.
Orders are delivered to WhatsApp, which is a third-party service we do not control. We cannot guarantee delivery of individual messages, and you should keep an alternative way of taking orders available.
You own the content you supplied and the guest data your project collects. We own the underlying code, systems and design methods we use to build it, which we reuse across projects.
We may show finished work in our portfolio, including on this website and our social media accounts. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will not. There is no deadline on that and no form to fill in, just tell us.
Portfolio use covers the design of your page. It does not include your guest list, guest contact details, or photos uploaded by your guests, none of which we ever publish.
We build and host these services with care, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Hosting providers, internet connections and WhatsApp are outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost bookings, or costs arising from guests failing to reply or diners failing to order.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Before payment, either of us can walk away at any time with no cost or obligation. That is the point of building first.
After payment, RSVP and Gallery projects run for their fixed period. Restaurant Menu clients can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period.
We may end a project and take a service offline if you use it unlawfully, if you supply content you had no right to use, or if payment stops on a Restaurant Menu for more than 2 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
If you are a consumer in another country, this does not remove protections you have under your own local law.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
