RSVPs Invite builds three things: a custom online RSVP website for your event, a live QR photo gallery your guests fill together, and a QR code restaurant menu that sends orders to staff WhatsApp. Each one is designed from scratch around your branding, and none of them ask your guests to download an app or create an account.
RSVP Online collects replies before your event. QR Gallery collects photos during it. The QR Restaurant Menu is for venues, not events. Many couples book the first two together.

An RSVP website is a page your guests visit to confirm whether they are attending your event. Ours are custom built for each client rather than picked from a template, and they replace paper reply cards and group chat headcounts with one link that tracks every response automatically.
What's includedA QR gallery is a shared photo and video album your guests fill during the event itself. They scan a code printed on your table cards or signage, upload straight from their phone, and watch everyone else's photos appear alongside theirs in real time. Every file is handed to you after the event.
What's includedA QR code menu lets diners browse and order from their own phone at the table. Orders arrive directly on your staff's WhatsApp, ready to fire. There is no POS integration, no hardware to buy, and no new system for your team to learn, so it runs alongside however your restaurant already works.
What's includedRSVP Online and QR Gallery are billed once, not monthly, because an event is not a subscription. The Restaurant Menu is ongoing, since a restaurant is.
These are not add-ons or upgrades. They apply to all three services because they are how we work, not features we sell separately.
Your colors, typography and photos. Nothing is picked from a theme library, so your page will not resemble the last event we built.
We send a preview link before anything goes public. Revisions happen there, not after your guests have already seen the page.
Every service runs in the phone browser. No app, no account, no password. A link or a scan is the whole interaction.
Venue moved, dress code updated, dish removed. Send it to us and we handle it. There is no dashboard for you to learn.
Four steps, and 3 to 4 days of build time once we have everything.
Send your event type, date and rough guest count on WhatsApp or by email. We confirm which service fits and what it costs before anything else happens.
Names, venue, dress code, colors and any photos you want used. For restaurants, your menu and branding. The 3 to 4 day build clock starts when this arrives complete.
We send the finished page privately. You request changes, we make them. Nothing goes out to guests or diners until you say it is ready.
You get your link and QR code. We keep hosting it and making any changes you need. For RSVP sites, guest reminders start sending automatically.
Yes, and most couples do. Booked together they are designed to match, so your RSVP page and your photo gallery share the same colors, typography and feel. Combined cost is ₱4,500, which is ₱3,500 plus ₱1,000.
RSVP Online handles replies before the day, and QR Gallery collects guest photos during it. If you only book one, book RSVP Online, since an accurate headcount affects your catering and seating costs directly.
Not for events. RSVP Online is billed once at ₱3,500 and stays live 5 months, and QR Gallery is ₱1,000 for one month. Only the Restaurant Menu is ongoing, at ₱1,200 monthly or ₱14,400 yearly, because a restaurant runs continuously.
All three take 3 to 4 days from the point where we have your complete details and photos. Incomplete information is the usual cause of delay, not the build itself.
No. All three services run entirely in the phone browser. Guests tap a link or scan a QR code, do what they came to do, and close the tab. There is no app and no account to create.
Send them to us on WhatsApp or by email and we make them. There is no editor for you to learn and no dashboard to log into. This is included, not billed separately.
Yes. RSVPs Invite works with clients worldwide, handled remotely over WhatsApp and email. Pricing is shown in both PHP and USD, and your guests can reach the site from any country.
No, it works alongside it. Orders arrive on your staff's WhatsApp rather than integrating with your point of sale, so there is nothing to connect, no hardware to buy and no retraining required.
Tell us your event type, date and guest count, and we will come back with what your RSVP site, QR gallery or restaurant menu would look like. Built in 3 to 4 days, with no dashboard for you to manage.
Send this in and we'll follow up to request your event details and photos.
